Real estate video for Chicago properties
A property film should help a viewer organize the space in their mind. Notlith turns Chicago listing photographs into structured video through remote, hybrid AI-assisted production. We build a sequence around the documented rooms, then refine the motion, edit and sound. The result complements property information; it does not replace a floor plan, measurement or viewing.
Remote production · From your photos

Explain the property before selling the mood
A Lincoln Park apartment, a South Loop condominium and a neighborhood two-flat need different explanations. The building type provides context, but your references determine the actual story. We establish the entrance, principal living space and useful transitions before adding atmosphere. A sequence should not make unrelated rooms look as though they connect.
Send an identified photograph set and a floor plan when available. Indicate which entrance and floor belong to the offered property. Shared areas, private outdoor space and separately owned units must remain distinguishable. The film uses the facts you approve rather than deriving a layout from an attractive angle.

Control what camera movement changes
Generated motion can make a room appear deeper, shift a window or turn a mirror into another opening. Those changes matter in property communication. We compare the movement with the original photographs and simplify shots when a more ambitious path would invent space outside the available evidence.
Consistent photographs from several angles help. Avoid mixing a wide image of one room with a similar-looking room from another unit. We also check vertical crops: an image that hides the floor or ceiling can distort the sense of proportion even when the source photograph is accurate.

Make design proposals visibly separate
An empty space may benefit from an illustrated furniture arrangement, provided viewers can tell it is a proposal. A staged or renovated concept needs a clear label and should not silently replace the current condition. Identify existing photographs, approved design drawings and optional ideas in separate folders.
Chicago properties can include distinctive original features, from masonry to interior trim. We do not remove or redesign them merely to make a generative shot smoother. If the brief involves a genuine proposed alteration, its status must be explicit. The same discipline applies to finishes, appliances and landscaping.

Use neighborhood context without inventing proximity
The Chicago River and lakefront can help a relocating audience understand the wider city, but they do not establish a particular property view. Any neighborhood image needs a clear role and permission for use. An exterior montage should not imply that an amenity lies directly outside the building.
Listing information, location wording and availability come from your approved materials. We can plan a longer property presentation and a shorter announcement with consistent facts. Before delivery, you review the rooms, visible features and written claims. The scope covers creative production, with no promise of a faster sale or a particular number of inquiries.

Plan the details
Is this a navigable virtual tour?
No. It is an edited film based on photographs, with controlled motion where feasible. A navigable tour needs a different capture and viewing method. The video cannot be used to measure rooms or inspect hidden areas.
Can a shared roof deck appear?
Yes, if it belongs to the amenities available with the property and you provide current references. Identify it as shared where appropriate. Its appearance should not suggest a private terrace attached to the unit.
Can you remove construction from the window view?
We should not alter a current view in a way that misrepresents the property. A separately labeled future projection may be discussed with suitable documentation, but it must remain distinct from existing conditions.
What if several units share the same finishes?
Keep their references separate and identify which unit each film shows. Similar finishes do not make floor plans, outlooks or outdoor areas interchangeable. We agree on whether a project represents a specific listing or a labeled general concept.
