AI video production in Austin: launch films for products that ship fast
Austin companies tend to ship before the brand video is ready. Notlith closes that gap. We produce advertising films with AI, working remotely from your real product photos, app screens and brand files, and we handle the parts AI cannot: the concept, the script, the edit, the grade, the music and the sound. It is a hybrid film, made for teams in East Austin or around the Domain who need a commercial that looks considered.

Before South by Southwest, not during it
Every March, SXSW turns downtown into a crowded stage where startups, studios and consumer brands all compete for the same thirty seconds of attention. A launch film that arrives the week before is useful; one that arrives the week after is an archive. We plan backward from your date, lock the idea and script early, and keep a buffer for the review round that always surfaces a late change to the pricing screen.
The same logic applies to Austin City Limits weekends in Zilker Park or race week at Circuit of the Americas in the fall. Those moments bring visitors who scroll fast and see a lot of advertising. Our job is to give your film one clear reason to stop: a promise in the first two seconds, a product shown honestly, and an ending that tells the viewer what to do next.

Real screens, generated world
For software, the product is the interface, so we never let a model draw it. You send screen recordings or exported frames of the actual flow, with test data in place of customer data. We composite those real screens into generated environments: a hand on a café table on South Congress, a desk lit by late sun, an abstract space that matches your brand colors. What appears on the screen is exactly what a user will see.
Physical products follow the same rule. A water bottle, a pair of boots or a hot sauce jar is rebuilt from your photography and checked frame by frame for shape, label and color before we sign off. We will not add a feature the roadmap has not shipped, invent a user quoting a result, or fake a packed festival crowd to imply traction you do not yet have.

From one master to a full rollout
A typical delivery is a widescreen master for your landing page and investor deck, plus vertical cuts for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, a square version for LinkedIn and paid social, and short hooks you can rotate in A/B tests. Each version is edited for its frame rather than cropped, so captions sit where thumbs will not cover them and the interface stays legible on a small phone.
Many Texas households speak Spanish at home, and plenty of Austin products sell well beyond the state. We can deliver Spanish versions with native voice talent and translated on-screen text, or adapt the film for other markets your team is entering. Where AI-generated imagery appears, we can add a discreet disclosure in captions or use the platform's label, which keeps your launch on the right side of ad policies.

Honest limits of the method
A founder telling the company story on camera, a real team in your office on East Sixth, a live demo at a booth: these need a camera and a person behind it. Austin has plenty of capable local crews, and we will say so if your brief is really a documentary. AI should not stand in for people who exist and can be filmed.
What we do well is the product-centered commercial with a strong concept and a tight schedule. Several teams pair the two approaches: a short real interview for credibility, wrapped in a hybrid opening and closing that we build from their assets. We will tell you during the first call which version of this your project needs.

Plan the details
Can you work from a Figma prototype?
Yes, provided the screens reflect what will ship. We prefer exported frames or a recorded prototype at native resolution. If a screen changes before launch, send the update and we replace it in the edit.
How do reviews work?
You approve a treatment and frame board, then a first cut, then the final grade and sound. The number of revision rounds is written into the quote so the timeline stays predictable.
Who holds the rights to the film?
Rights and usage for the finished film are spelled out in the quote, including paid advertising and any limits on duration. Read them before you sign; nothing is added afterward.
Can the film be updated after a product change?
Often, yes. Because scenes are built digitally, swapping a screen, a price card or an end frame is usually simpler than reshooting. We confirm what a later update involves when you request it.
