The project in detail

A Nice concept: A fictional seafront hotel in Nice.

Your film

A hotel film should make a stay imaginable without misrepresenting a room. We work with the property’s real photographs, write an arrival-to-evening sequence and use production to connect the spaces. No guest room has to be taken out of service for our method.

Local context and uses

The Promenade des Anglais, the old town and the port attract visitors with different expectations. Hotels and restaurants benefit from precise, truthful views of their spaces; nearby fragrance and beauty brands need the same fidelity to product bottles and labels.

The municipality had 357,737 residents in the 2023 Insee reference population. This is population context, not a count of potential clients.

Hospitality. Connect real room, pool, restaurant and view images into one itinerary.

Products. Keep the photographed bottle or package exact while the setting changes.

Services. Show a concrete customer journey for a concierge or booking service.

Story ideas
  • A hotel follows an imagined guest from check-in to a sunset terrace using the property’s actual images.
  • A fragrance bottle is staged between pale stone and a coastal evening, while its shape and label remain faithful.
The method

We serve clients in Nice entirely remotely. Send at least 10 real photographs and, if useful, an optional PDF. If you have fewer images, request a tailored quote. We agree the scenario before producing the shots. Our hybrid production shapes those shots from your images; we then handle editing and colour grading.

The films shown here use a 16:9 landscape frame. Delivery format is selected in the quote. No filming or on-site visit is included.

What the service does not cover

Notlith makes films exclusively from photographs, screenshots and documents supplied by the client. We do not film interviews, events or work processes on location.

Helping someone understand a place before visiting

A prospective guest or property viewer abroad needs useful spatial clues. Spectacular editing that obscures a layout may be less helpful than a considered sequence. Entrance, living space and material details should connect plausibly, without adding a floor, facility or view missing from the real place.

The Real Estate demonstration presents a fictional Mediterranean villa and pool. It is not evidence of a Côte d'Azur sale or client relationship. Its light and pace may inform a creative discussion; your actual project's features remain the authority.

Hospitality through specific details

Textiles, the transition from indoors to outdoors and a thoughtful reception detail can shape a first impression. Provide enough context for those elements to remain accurate. A terrace belonging to only some rooms or a seasonal facility should not become an unconditional claim in the film.

A venue film can develop that discovery. A product campaign might instead focus on a fragrance or design object. The Fragrance concept demonstrates reflections and surfaces without implying a connection to a Nice hotel or retailer.

Planning languages with the story

Agree which information belongs in each language before fixing the edit. Adjust sentence length and timing rather than speeding up a voice to fit. The client checks the wording about amenities and property characteristics. Voice performers and usage rights are confirmed in the quote, alongside the required versions. If the goal is to record the condition of a building or a guided visit, use a filming team: Notlith does not provide that documentary service.

A documented local reference

The Nice Côte d'Azur tourist office documents metropolitan tourism in its report published on 28 April 2026. This provides hospitality context, not a prediction of a film's commercial results. Source checked on 30 September 2026.

Local questions

Can a property film act as a remote viewing?

It can present the property, but it does not replace a survey or full viewing. Its features must remain documented by your photographs.

Is the demonstration villa in Nice?

It belongs to a fictional Mediterranean concept and demonstrates neither a sale nor a Nice client commission.

How should hotel amenities be shown?

Supply references and state access conditions. An amenity limited to some rooms should not be presented as universal.

Can French and English be planned together?

Yes, by defining wording and versions in the brief. The quote confirms requested voices and rights rather than assuming automatic inclusion.

Do you have a Côte d'Azur filming crew?

No. Notlith works remotely from client images. An actual filmed viewing requires another provider.
