01
A digital service still needs a clear explanation
Business Tallinn’s business setup guide describes online company formation and the use of digital identity for remote authentication and document signing. That context makes a useful distinction for a service film: an online process may still involve several people and several decisions. For a Tallinn software or business-services team, we suggest showing one handoff clearly rather than filling the screen with an abstract network of connections. This is a communication approach, not advice on company formation or digital identity.
Write the journey as a simple sentence: a customer submits something, a team reviews it, and the customer receives a specific result. If the sentence has several unrelated outcomes, choose one first.
02
Give each person an identifiable role
A service can be difficult to follow when every screen appears to belong to the same user. Label the requester, reviewer and recipient in the brief. Decide whose viewpoint carries the film and which handoffs must be visible. A proposed sequence could follow a document from upload to review and then to an approved response. The timing should reflect the real process; an edit that removes waiting time must not suggest an instant service guarantee.
03
Prepare safe, consistent demonstration material
Supply approved screens with fictional names, documents and account details. Check that every screen belongs to the same version of the service and the same example case. A document shown as awaiting review should not later appear signed without a supported step between those states. Provide an explanation of the service’s boundaries, including any task performed by a separate provider, so that the film does not give your platform credit for someone else’s work.
04
Make the handoff visible without overloading the frame
Use a short caption or change of viewpoint when responsibility changes. Reserve close-ups for the detail the viewer needs at that moment, such as a submission status or a next-step message. Background scenes can suggest a working situation, while the approved interface remains the reference for actual functionality. Our floral application concept illustrates this relationship between an everyday task and a screen; it is not a demonstration of Estonian government infrastructure.
05
Agree the story before polishing the film
Notlith works remotely with your service owner on the script and sequence, then develops the hybrid imagery, editing, colour and sound. Send the target audience, reference screens and the action the viewer should take afterwards. We define the landscape master and any variants in the quote. A second audience, such as partners rather than customers, may need a different explanation even when the underlying workflow is the same.

Planning a film for Tallinn
Can you show a service involving more than one company?
Yes, if the brief identifies who performs each step and you have permission to use the relevant names and screens. We should not visually merge separate services into one unsupported promise.
Can we show a future feature?
A proposed feature needs to be clearly identified as a concept. For a film promoting the current service, use approved functionality and the interface that customers can actually access.
Will you use real customer documents?
Use fictional demonstration documents for the production brief. They can preserve the layout and meaning of a workflow without exposing personal or confidential records.
