01
A collection needs more than a launch date
Copenhagen’s 3daysofdesign takes place across showrooms, studios and galleries, with furniture, lighting and interior objects among its subjects. That setting suggests a useful brief for a design brand: help a buyer recognise one piece before a meeting and remember it afterwards. We propose a film organised around the object’s silhouette, one construction detail and the complete finished piece. This is an editorial use of the festival context, with no claimed affiliation to the organiser.
Choose whether the film introduces a new model, a material option or a whole collection. Those are different stories. A launch with several products may work better as an overview plus separate, clearly labelled model films.
02
Build a reference pack for the exact variant
Send front, side, rear and underside photographs, alongside the approved finish names. For a chair, keep the base, joints and upholstery seams visible; for a lamp, include its switched-on and switched-off appearance. A drawing can clarify proportion, but the film must stay anchored to the actual product photographs. Identify which finish is the hero and which images are reference alternatives so that colours do not change halfway through the sequence.
03
Plan for a quiet showroom screen
A showroom visitor may arrive halfway through a loop. Introduce the object clearly, keep essential wording readable without sound and close with an identifiable model name. Music can support the online version, while the exhibition version needs a visual rhythm that still works silently. Tell us the display dimensions and placement before we lock the framing. The agreed landscape 16:9 master should preserve the whole product, including its base.
04
Use the demonstration to judge the treatment
The armchair concept shows how an object can carry a story through material, light and movement. Its fictional workshop scene is a creative device. For your campaign, we can work from your product photographs without inventing a maker’s biography or presenting generated craft gestures as footage from your workshop. If the history of the piece matters, supply the approved account and any authentic images that support it.
05
Brief the launch and the follow-up together
Notlith works remotely with your team on concept, hybrid audiovisual production, editing, colour and sound. Share the showroom deadline, intended channels and the next action you want from buyers. We agree the versions, wording and review schedule in the quote. A film for an invitation and a film for a product page can share visual identity while giving viewers a different amount of detail.

Planning a film for Copenhagen
Can the film support a 3daysofdesign presentation?
It can support your own product communication. Confirm your participation and the venue’s screen requirements separately. Notlith does not claim festival partnership, access or event coverage.
Can you show every finish in one film?
Yes, if the scope includes them and the reference pack identifies each variant. A sequence that compares finishes should label them clearly and preserve the same object and viewing angle.
Will you photograph our Copenhagen showroom?
This offer is built remotely from supplied images. If you need an accurate record of the showroom or visitors, arrange real photography or filming and discuss how it will be used before production.
